TechnicianQuote is run by Pipe It Up LLC (18121 E. Hampden Ave Unit C-115, Aurora, CO 80013). This page explains what we collect when contractors use TechnicianQuote and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Your account: email address and password (stored only as a secure hash).
- Your business details: name, phone, email, address, logo and the settings you enter.
- Job information you enter: customer names and contact details, job descriptions, voice messages, photos, price book items and estimates.
- When a customer opens, approves or declines an estimate link: the time, their typed name, their signature and their browser type.
- Billing: your subscription status. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
- Alert settings: the mobile number and email address you choose for alerts.
How we use it
Only to run TechnicianQuote for you: drafting and storing your estimates, showing estimate links to the customers you send them to, sending the alerts you turn on, and handling your subscription. We do not sell your information or your customers' information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Text messages
If you turn on text alerts, we use your mobile number only to text you about your own estimates (for example, when a customer approves one). We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or text opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Our texting provider (Twilio) receives the number only to deliver the alerts. Details are in the terms.
Services that process data for us
Supabase (database, sign-in and file storage), Netlify (website hosting), Anthropic (turning your job description into a draft estimate), ElevenLabs (turning voice messages into text), Stripe (subscription billing and, for contractors who turn it on, customer payments, which Stripe processes for the contractor), Twilio (text alerts) and Resend (email alerts). Each receives only what it needs to do that job.
Your choices
- Turn alerts off any time in Settings, or reply STOP to any alert text.
- Edit or delete your jobs, estimates and price book in the app.
- To close your account and delete your data, email pipeituptoday@gmail.com.
