Your estimates are yours
TechnicianQuote helps you write estimates. AI-written text is a draft: you set every price and you review and approve every estimate before a customer sees it. You are responsible for what you send to your customers.
Subscription
New accounts can draft a few estimates for free. Sending estimates to customers needs a subscription, which starts with a 14-day free trial and then renews monthly at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. Cancel any time from the Billing page; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Getting paid online
If you connect a Stripe account, your customers can pay deposits and payment-plan steps from your estimate link. You are the seller: payments go to your own Stripe account under Stripe's terms, and refunds, disputes and chargebacks are between you, your customer and Stripe. Stripe's processing fees and a TechnicianQuote fee of 4% of each payment are deducted from it.
Text alerts
- Program: TechnicianQuote estimate alerts. We text you when a customer opens, approves or declines one of your estimates.
- How you sign up: in TechnicianQuote, go to Settings, then Notifications, check "Text me", enter your mobile number and press Save. Texts are off until you do this.
- How often: one text per customer action on your estimates, so it varies with how many estimates you send.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Stop: reply STOP to any alert to stop texts, or uncheck "Text me" in Settings. Reply HELP for help, or contact us below.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- How we handle your number: see the privacy policy. We never share it for marketing.
